Returns & Exchanges:
A receipt dated within 14 days is required for all stock returns and exchanges. All items must be in original condition, uninstalled or modified. Some Items are subject to a restocking fee. All closeout and ordered material are non-returnable. No cash refunds. Other restrictions may apply.
Immediate inspection is recommended. Defects must be reported at the time of receipt. Defective material must be returned to apply credit. Service fees may apply.
Ordered materials require authorization and are subject to fees. Delivery signature is required at the time of delivery and pick up.
Material may be subject to storage fees.
Assembly & Installation:
We do not assemble or install products.
All ordered material requires a 50% or 100% deposit that is non-refundable.
